Dive into Tafl, a thrilling Scandinavian strategy game that captivated people back in the Middle Ages. Think of it as the Viking version of chess! You can customize your match by picking a board size ranging from 7 to 13 squares. Your main goal is to guide the king to the board's edge or corner. Watch out for the king getting surrounded, which can happen on two or four sides depending on the rules you choose. You can adjust how many black attacking pieces and white defending pieces are on the field. Choose to challenge the artificial intelligence, team up with a friend on the same screen, or battle an opponent online in multiplayer mode. The black pieces always go first, and then everyone takes turns moving. Every piece slides up, down, left, or right to any empty spot on the board.
