About the Game

EarthGames is thrilled to bring you Infrared Escape, a wild arcade adventure where you learn about the greenhouse effect! You control an infrared light beam racing toward space. Tap left or right to dodge annoying greenhouse gases. Every crash steals some of your energy, and too many hits mean game over. Your trip splits into levels representing real atmospheric layers. Survive Earth's atmosphere to reach space a true victory! This proves your ray helped cool the planet and fight global warming. Start easy in 1850 when the air was cleaner with fewer gases to dodge. The toughest challenge takes place in a smoggy future where gases are packed tight, demanding lightning-fast reflexes. Reaching space stops energy from heating our world. Use that saved energy in the shop to unlock cool science facts about the greenhouse effect and ways to fix climate change.
